INDIVIDUAL OBLIGATIONS
  • Summarizing the remaining instruments as detailed in the blog:
    • The remaining mentoring obligation is for you to give life tips, appreciation or whatever else seems appropriate to help your team members with their careers. Due 2025-12-11 at 5PM on the mentors site.
    • Give a performance review of each of your team members and yourself. Tell who did what, how well they did, how effective they were as a team member. Do this on the regular mentor site, but this time you speak to me; the data will not be released. This opens at 5PM on 2025-12-11 and closes at 5PM the next day.
    • The verbatim survey is a text document in your repo folder now. Fill this out as you like, push back to the repo. It will be harvested at 5PM on the 12th.

    We'd like to capture your comments and evaluations all more or less at the same time after you have completed product delivery on the 11th. The same is true for completing the Course Evals from campus - please hold off to at end of the last class.
