MeetRITE

MeetRITE is a revolutionary way to facilitate and track the communication that goes on in your meeting without disrupting the larger event through seamless integration of web technologies with a simple interface. Our technology allows the meeting administrator to have a bird’s eye view of the interactions between members while also allowing the users to brainstorm and ask questions effectively to reach the best results for the meeting. At the end of the meeting, the administrator will receive data on how their team performed. The admin may use this data to determine what meeting configurations are best suited for their and their team's needs.

Login

This page allows new users to set up an account to become a meeting administrator, login, and reset a forgotton password. It also allows users to join a previously created meeting by entering session id - group id provided by the meeting administrator.

Admin Home

This page allows the meeting administrator to add, edit and delete meetings. It provides options to create new meetings, start and view upcoming meetings, and review previous meeting statistics.

User Questions

The questions page is for the users in the meeting to post any questions they might want clarified by the Meeting Administrator. Other users can up vote questions that they would like to know the answers to and down vote questions they feel are irrelevant.

Live Meeting Admin View

This page provides the Meeting Administrator with the URLs to give the users to join the meeting. The Meeting Administrator can enable and disable questions and brainstorm channels for the users and end the meeting from this page. There are also options to view the live questions and brainstorm channels with submitted user posts.

Admin Statistics

This page allows the meeting administrator to review the previous meeting statistics and export a CSV file containing the results.
