Techproon is able to make connections between problems and solutions contained in user tickets. Using its technical vocabulary, our system identifies possible solutions to problems based on problem similarity, solution validity, and user input.

Admins are able to customize tickets based on their business needs. Our ticket entry system is intuitive and can easily acclimate to existing work procedures to minimize disruptions to workflow.

Business Database

Our system maintains all previous work orders to eliminate the need for a secondary archive system. The system also develops a technical vocabulary of tagged words which can be used for analysis.
