1. The team engagement practices that were both used by my team and useful to the project were:
1. Started later in the development process, We assigned tasks to individual team members so it is clear who is working on what.
2. We assign a couple of team members to each sub-team to speed up the development while sub-team members can help and check on each other.
3. We tried to be honest in peer review. Personally I was a little afraid of confrontation, but as semesters goes, I began to be more comfortable be more straightforward in peer review. I think it motivates people to be more engaged.
4. We set up mandatory meeting each week on Wednesday, so the whole team could get together and keep everyone on the same page. This will also reveal how engaged each team members are, considering some team members would come in late and some team members would leave early.
5. The whole team got closer as semester goes. Personally, I was more motivated and comfortable when I knew I can trust my teammates and they were having my back.
6. There will always be conflicts. Most of my teammates were good at being polite when communicating to each other which creates more respect and trust among ourselves.
